Litigation Paralegal Part-time The candidate join growing firm and help manage a large, state-wide docket of ad valorem tax lien foreclosures. The position involves a high degree of responsibility and involvement in our cases from initial referral to final resolution. Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents. Proactive management of our calendar and caseload to ensure effective resolution of files. Electronic filing of pleadings, motions, and notices. Coordinate with appearance counsel on settings. Record and store client information. Previous experience as a paralegal or other legal field is preferred. Should have Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or paralegal certificate. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and E-Filing is required.
