Temporary Immigration Paralegal The candidate will use excellent customer service skills to contact and/or respond to clients by phone or e-mail. Prepare submission for Court in removal and asylum cases. Assist with preparation of forms, supporting letters, and other supporting materials in SIJS and removal cases. Associate's degree is preferred. Should have 1+ years of experience in handling family-based immigration visa petition, adjustment of status, consular visa processing and SIJS. Experience processing I-130, I-485s, 601a, I-751, N-400, asylums, U visa Certification, VAWA petitions, Consular processing and SIJS is required. Should have 1+ years of experience in preparing Waiver Applications and writing Affidavits. Should preferably have 1+ years of Microsoft Office experience. Spanish skills are required.
