Junior Legal Secretary - Litigation The candidate will provide legal and administrative support to litigation attorneys. Draft, revise, and format legal documents, correspondence, memoranda and e-mail. Perform administrative tasks such as preparing expense reports, check requests and time entry, as requested. Maintain attorneys' calendar and schedule appointments. Coordinate meetings and travel arrangements. Knowledge of e-filing and court procedures (state and federal). The candidate should have High School Diploma. Must have 1-2 years of legal secretarial experience. Superior knowledge of Windows and Microsoft office a must (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to type, read and write in order to proofread and perform initial input and revisions to legal documents, correspondence, memoranda and email. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines and use good judgment in order to meet deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communications required.
