Title : Litigation Paralegal

Entry Level Associate The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production and maintenance of litigation documents and evidentiary materials, organizing documents, and assisting counsel to prepare for depositions, hearings, trials or other courtroom proceedings. Will conduct research, must be familiar with Lexis/Nexis databases, and be proficient with electronic research and analysis of ESI. Also research case issues, provide answers and objections to written discovery, and maintain the calendar for all deadlines under the applicable rules of procedure and local rules. The candidate should have 5 years litigation experience, trial experience required. In addition, should possess a strong understanding of the e-Discovery process, including the ability to manipulate and run database software. The candidate will have the ability to interact with client representatives to gather documents, information, and even to assist with witness interviews and meetings. Must also be experienced with trial preparation and the handling of exhibits at trials and hearings. Working knowledge of litigation software, including Relativity, is required. Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience required, and Paralegal certificate is preferred.
