Litigation Paralegal Duties: Assist in all phases of a matter from case inception through trial or resolution. Document collections, reviews and productions; Coordination of cases, docketing and deadline management; Legal research and cite-checking briefs; Preparation of exhibits and appendices; Assisting with depositions (preparing witness files, exhibits, notices and subpoenas); Trial preparation (logistics, preparation and management of exhibits); and Assisting at trial, including management of courtroom technology. May also assist with various administrative tasks, including drafting engagement and other letters, handling travel schedules for all attorneys, ordering supplies, coordinating with IT and other vendors, organizing, coordinating schedules, scheduling court reporters and videographers, and event planning (holiday parties, business development events, etc.). Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (preferred) or paralegal certificate. 3+ years as a litigation paralegal. Experience with electronic discovery (Relativity preferred). Previous trial experience strongly preferred. Must be detail-oriented, flexible, a self-starter, and enjoy working in a collegial environment.
