Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be joining a legal practice of a business solutions center. Will contribute to the goals of the organization by servicing growing client base and assisting excellent attorneys in cases requiring arbitration and litigation. Assisting attorneys with case preparation, interpreting and drafting legal documents, and court proceedings. Must have Paralegal certification and/or degree from accredited college or university is preferred. 3+ years experience as paralegal in the litigation field is needed. 2+ years of experience as Paralegal, and 1+ year of Litigation experience is necessary. Demonstrated knowledge of the law and legal procedures, acquired through educational coursework and job experience is required. Excellent verbal and written communications skills along with strong project management and multitasking skills is needed.
