Litigation Paralegal The candidate will under general supervision, assists 1-2 attorneys in preparation for legal matters through legal research and presentations, client interviews, drafting legal documents and performs certain administrative functions that support the firm's operations. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals in a dynamic setting. The candidate should have College Degree in applicable field. Must have ABA approved paralegal certification. Must have 2-4 years of comparable experience in the field or related area. Must have proven familiarity with the standard concepts, practices and procedures within the field. Proven ability to perform a wide range of paralegal functions is required. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Extensive knowledge on use of email, search engines, Internet, Microsoft Products (and Abacus a plus) is required.
