Litigation Paralegal The candidate will co-manage the firm's Rideshare Litigation. Will work in the areas of plaintiff's personal injury, products liability, and mass tort. Responsibilities include speaking with clients, case organization, team collaboration, document management, e-filing, calendaring, research and investigation, skilled in drafting, reviewing, and finalizing pleadings and forms for filing, ability to work independently and with staff and all facets of case workup, discovery, trial prep witness coordination and/or settlement. Must have a B.A. or B.S or similar. Must have 5+ years of litigation experience. Must possess strong litigation skills, have knowledge of both the State and Federal Court Rules and Procedures, including e-filing. Prior experience working in a JCCP proceeding is a plus. Excellent case-management skills and be able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Must be detail-oriented, compassionate, reliable, and a team player who can multi-task and prioritize. Should have excellent communication and organizational skills, critical thinking, and exercise good judgment. Good computer knowledge and proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite.
