Immigration Paralegal (part-time) The candidate will need to have experience in U-Visa (Have experience requesting police reports, I-918 Certification) understand the whole process from A-Z, under the supervision of an attorney, I-130s family-based petitions, I-485s, Consular Processing, I-589 with USCIS. Court experience is a plus. Strong writing, research, and organizational skills are required. Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
