Litigation Paralegal The candidate will support two attorneys a partner-level attorney and an associate-level attorney in the firm's fast-paced litigation department. Draft documents. Review, analyze all mail, pleadings, discovery and other documents. Written and telephone communications with supervisors and other employees, clients, adverse parties, court officials, sheriff's offices, and others; management of attorney calendars. Schedule court hearings, depositions, mediations, and client conferences. Review and file incoming mail, and preparing and packaging outgoing mail. Preparation of form legal documents, trial or hearing exhibits or materials, and client intake. Help attorneys deliver high-quality legal services to clients and the community by keeping them organized and on track. Must have a 4-year college degree from an accredited institution; 1-3 years of experience supporting Civil Litigation attorneys; personal injury experience as well, that's a big plus; professional experience managing and updating attorney calendars, deadlines, and follow-up communications; professionally persistent; entering and tracking time; Legal Research; positive and professional attitude; understanding the value and importance of keeping templates and processes in place.
