Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be working with attorneys in a variety of civil litigation matters including employment law, civil rights, Product Liability, and Construction matters. Use of all paralegal skills including research, abstracting of records, maintenance of various calendars, and preparation of cases for arbitration, mediation, and trial. Certification from paralegal program a must, prior litigation experience, and proven technical skills a plus.
