Part-Time Civil Litigation/Family Law Paralegal The candidate should have 5 years experience in Civil Litigation, Family Law, Transactional, Probate, Real Estate and Corporate experience. Ability to work independently with little direction. Ability to draft pleadings, orders, and discovery, prepare exhibits and witness preparation. Knowledge of e-filing using Westlaw Form Builder Software, Microsoft Office, Timeslips, and Lexis Advance. Must be able to keep track of deadlines and manage attorneys calendar. Experience in Trial/Mediation/Deposition preparation. Knowledge of the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure, Texas Civil Practice and Remedy Code, and Texas Family Code. Must deal professionally and cordially with clients, court, attorneys and other staff members.
