Litigation Paralegal/Legal Assistant The candidate should have 2 years experience in the following areas of pa collection litigation. Prepare and file Common Pleas and District Justice complaints: Preparation of motions and related pleadings; Preparation of default judgments. NJ litigation experience a definite plus Must have actual litigation experience. Familiarity with JST Collectmax software highly desirable. Must be able to handle a high volume of work and perform as part of a team.
