Business Immigration Paralegal Duties: Prepare and file petitions/USCIS applications, including extensive drafting of written supporting documents. Communicate with clients regarding case processing and procedural issues Meet assigned deadlines and communicate case progress to supervising attorney Handle administrative duties such as answering phones, making copies, filing, etc. Qualifications: Bachelors Degree (English, Communications, Journalism, or related field preferred). 3+ years of business immigration experience (required). Poses strong knowledge of procedural requirements for various types of nonimmigrant and immigrant visas. Experience drafting and gathering documentation for Request For Evidence Solid MS Word, Excel, spelling, grammar, and typing skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills within a fast-paced environment. Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. Achieve a high level of productivity with accuracy. Demonstrate flexibility and initiative regarding assignment. Must have experience managing a large caseload. Strong multitasking skills. Must be detail oriented, capable of managing a large caseload, possess excellent writing skills and have a voracious appetite for research and scholarship.
