Commercial Real Estate Attorney The candidate will be drafting, negotiating and interpreting leases and amendments. Will be serving in purchases and sales of commercial and multifamily residential properties. Representation of borrowers in financing transactions. Assist in various litigation matters including evictions, defense in municipal code litigation and other commercial and real estate litigation. The candidate should have 3+ years of strong commercial real estate experience. License to practice law in the State of Illinois needed. Substantial experience in drafting and negotiating commercial leases essential. Experience in closing purchases, sales and financing transactions relative to commercial properties needed. Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills essential. Litigation experience a plus.
