Legal Secretary Litigation Duties: Open and run conflicts on new files. Correspond with clients. Scheduling / calendaring. Scanning / copying. Maintain master case list and provide status reports. Complete check requests / tracking. Make travel arrangements. Assist with timekeeping. Qualifications: 4+ years of recent law firm experience. Experience in Labor and Employment is a plus. Must have the following: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to E-file in state and federal court. Superior written and communication skills. Must be detail oriented, very organized, able to multi-task, dependable, a team player and have a high degree of professionalism.
