Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for answering discovery, summarizing medical records, chronology reports, propounding discovery, e-filing and must be familiar with other legal documents. Must be comfortable talking to clients, witnesses, experts, etc as well as scheduling hearings, depositions and medations as needed. Must have minimum 5 years experience. Must have minimum 3 years experience in a law firm. Paralegal certificate required. Trial experience preferred but not required. Must know MS Office 2010, 2013 and 2016. State and federal filing experience required. Westlaw experience preferred. Juris experience preferred.
