Property Tax Litigation Paralegal The candidate' must have Bachelor's degree or certificate in paralegal studies program. Previous trial experience preferred. Note: While the list of essential duties is intended to be as inclusive as possible, there may be other duties, which are essential to particular positions within the class. General Job Tasks and Responsibilities: Coordinate paper and electronic document collection; Manage document production and coordinate with vendors as needed; Maintain and organize electronic case files for all assigned matters; Summarize depositions; Coordinate logistics and assist attorneys during court appearances and trial; Attend client meetings, depositions, court or administrative hearings and trials with attorneys.
