Litigation Paralegal The candidate will handle responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Drafting pleadings and preparing interrogatories; Preparing documents for production and responses to discovery requests; Summarizing deposition transcripts; Preparing trial binders; Organizing and indexing deposition and trial exhibits; Calendaring and monitoring deadlines. Should have Associates degree in Paralegal Studies or an ABA approved Paralegal Certificate. Must have 4+ years of litigation experience, including trial experience. Should have knowledge of litigation process, court rules and procedures. Must have experience with both State and Federal Courts, including e-filing procedures. Must have ability to interact professionally with clients, attorneys, and support staff.
