Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be responsible to work independently. Will interface directly with the firms important, high value individual clients which requires clear/concise communication and interpersonal skills. Litigating a plaintiffs asbestos litigation case which involves communicating directly with clients, preparing detailed pleadings and interrogatories, discovery demands, management of client files, obtaining all client medical records, research, filing, preparing correspondence and other clerical duties. Should have Bachelor's degree and knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint). Should preferably have experience with plaintiff asbestos litigation in NYCAL. Must have exceptional organizational skills.
