Senior Litigation Paralegal Candidate will be Drafting of correspondence, discovery and pleadings. Preparation of budgets and cost tracking. Provide all aspects of professional paralegal support to the firm s litigation attorneys. Strong client service and interpersonal skills are essential. REQUIREMENTS: Four-year college degree and paralegal certificate or appropriate combination of education and job related experience. 7-10 years of law firm experience. Complex case and project management experience. A strong eDiscovery background. Experience with collecting and managing large volumes of electronically stored information from multiple sources. Familiar with all phases of discovery, trial preparation and trial support at both state and federal court levels. Strong understanding of eDiscovery and advanced use of litigation databases (Relativity preferred) to manage same. Familiarity with other legal technology platforms, such as Trial Director or Sanctions, a plus. Outgoing, a team player. Ability to work effectively and concurrently on a variety of projects. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills. Strong attention to detail. Communication and direct interaction with experts and insurers. Must be highly motivated and a self-starter. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high pressure environment while meeting deadlines. Advanced computer and Microsoft Office software skills. Spelling, punctuation and grammar must be of high quality. Flexibility to meet necessary deadlines.
