Commercial Litigation Paralegal The candidate will draft disclosures, discovery, and other legal documents for attorney review. Will prepare exhibits for attorney use at depositions and as attachments to motions. Maintain witness files. Must have 5+ years complex litigation experience. Must have ability to manage large litigation matters from inception through trial. Must have at-trial experience and experience using trial presentation software. Must have substantive knowledge of the litigation process and rules of procedure. Must have ability to manage large document collections using a database. Experience with eDiscovery and eDiscovery review platforms is a must. Strong written and verbal communication skills is required. Baccalaureate degree and certificate from well-accredited paralegal training program required. Significant litigation experience may substitute for the paralegal certificate.
