Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Paralegal/Legal Assistant The candidate should preferably have 2+ Years Personal Injury Related Experience. Will be answering calls from current clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers. Opening files for new clients weekly (calling in claims, sending initial letters, requesting police reports). Opening and monitoring Medicare and Medicaid portals for liens. Preparing routine correspondence with insurance companies and clients alike. Managing receipt and completion of requested insurance documents, including PIP Applications for Benefits, Affidavits of No Insurance, and other. Familiarity with Google Docs cloud-based document creator and basic document manipulation through Adobe DC Pro or similar. Able to document and articulate work being performed, calls made, and information gathered, to allow collaboration on all files between individual firm members.
