Business Immigration Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for business immigration matters. Should have strong knowledge of procedural requirements for various types of nonimmigrant and immigrant visas and client processes. Analyze case documents. Prepare petitions and applications for filing. Draft support letters. Communicate with clients and foreign nationals, as needed. Work collegially in a team environment. Must have superb oral and written communication skills. Should have BS or BA Degree. Should have 5+ years business immigration experience. Strong proficiency with MS Office including Outlook, Excel and Word is essential. Experience with Law Logix is a plus.
