Residential Real Estate Paralegal The candidate must have 2 years of residential bank closing experience. Position is office based, however ability to conduct closings outside of office a plus. Should posses strong organizational skills and have the ability to handle multiple files at a time. Communication skills must be excellent as this position will require consistent interaction with borrowers, attorneys and bank loan officers. should also have experience preparing and reviewing loan documents.
