Litigation Paralegal The candidate will join a national insurance claim litigation firm that handles commercial property insurance claims, residential property insurance claims and bad faith claims. Will be Calendaring/Scheduling. Legal Research. Written and verbal communication with clients. Review, organize, and maintain case materials. Draft pleadings, subpoenas, discovery requests and responses, correspondence, interrogatories/answers, other legal documents. Assist in deposition preparation, pre-trial investigations, trial preparation, including assistance with preparation of witnesses for deposition and/or trial. Prepare exhibits and other demonstrative evidence for use at trial. Provide assistance at trial. Experience and knowledge of the State and Federal Court system and filings required. Must have High School Diploma. Associate's Degree or Certificate in Paralegal Studies preferred. Litigation experience required. First Party Property Insurance a plus. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office. Should have experience with document management and client management software systems. Must have excellent verbal & written communication. Should have 5+ years of experience.
