Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be joining a law firm defending clients in the areas of environmental, toxic torts, products liability, and construction defect cases. Will be involved in deposition, discovery, and courtroom practice. Paralegal certification or equivalent years of practice are required. 1+ year of experience as Paralegal is preferred. Asbestos, environmental, toxic tort or some other prior litigation experience are a plus. Have sincere interest in charitable or community works.
