Litigation Paralegal The candidate's duties include: Management of significant volume of litigation and pre-litigation personal injury files; Collecting medical bills/records; Reviewing medical records and drafting demand letters; Calling clients for information; Perform administrative duties (calendar deadlines, organize case files, draft letters, etc.). Should have 1-5 years experience in personal injury, discovery, and/or medical bill and record collection. Great client communication required. Microsoft Excel required. Microsoft Word required.
