Business Immigration Paralegal The candidate will be managing individual caseloads for non-immigrant and immigrant visa matters. Drafting RFEs and PERM Audit responses, and drafting and filing large volumes of immigrant and non-immigrant petitions including PERM. Preparing and filing non-immigrant and immigrant petitions and applications including all employment related categories, H-1B, E-1, E-2, E-3, L-1, O-1 petitions, J-1, TN, F-1 applications, adjustment and naturalization applications. Interacting with USCIS, DOL, CBP, ICE, and other government agencies. Preparing submit and monitor petitions, analyze and organize records, administer immigration software, and manage active cases. Broad experience in both NIV and IV cases needed. Must have 3-5 years Business Immigration Paralegal experience. A Bachelor's Degree is required. Strong writing skills and ability to work under tight deadlines required.
