Legal Secretary - Insurance Defense Litigation The candidate will support multiple attorneys with legal support functions such as preparation of legal documents; transcription; filing documents with Courts in multiple jurisdictions; preparing expenses; calendar maintenance and other traditional support functions. Required Skills: Self-starter with strong attention to detail. Proofreading and transcription experience. Ability to manage a high volume of work while assuring accuracy. Experience with an Insurance Defense firm. Must have a strong working knowledge of court procedures in the New England area. Should have 5 years of legal support experience. Must have Microsoft Office proficiency and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
