Litigation Paralegal The candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent organization skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Must have strong technical and database skills. Should have experience with the following: Document management experience; Knowledge and experience with discovery and subpoenas; Trial experience. Must possess knowledge of state and federal court rules, as well as working knowledge of e-Filing. An ABA-approved paralegal certificate or equivalent is required. Should have 3+ years of Paralegal experience.
