Senior Litigation Paralegal - Personal Injury The candidate will work mostly with one other paralegal and two specialized attorneys that work on commercial cases and/or cases with high damages. Should be organized, professional, responsible, capable of working with limited supervision, and committed to helping meet all clients' needs. Maintains and organizes litigation filesParticipates in coordinating discovery, including drafting, responding and calendaring of discovery documents, and meeting with clients; Drafts, prepares, reviews, and edits appropriate legal documents; Draft correspondence to opposing counsel and to the Court, Files documents with the courts; Manages attorney caseloads, including scheduling, and case management; Participates in coordinating discovery, including drafting, responding and calendaring of discovery documents, and meeting with clients; Maintain complex filing system; E-filing and hard filing of documents; and Misc duties as assigned. Should have 1 year of paralegal experience in litigation - personal injury. 2+ years is preferable. Preferred: Fluently in Spanish and English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required. Should preferably have Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or paralegal certificate.
