Commercial Litigation Paralegal The candidate will involve assisting attorneys with complex commercial litigation cases involving contract disputes, real estate, construction, franchising, banking and consumer lending matters. Must have a minimum of five years complex litigation, case management, and at-trial experience. Candidates must possess substantive knowledge of the litigation process, local and state rules of civil procedure and e-discovery, including extensive document collection, review and production. Experience with Eclipse and/or Relativity is a plus. Strong communication skills and ability to follow-through are a must. Candidates should be able to adjust to multiple demands in a fast-paced environment. A 4-year degree and paralegal certificate from ABA-accredited paralegal training program required.
