Pre-Litigation Paralegal The candidate's responsibilities include document preparation, client contact, medical records preparation and review. Must have a strong background in Plaintiff's work and be able to handle a case from inception. Must have an understanding of insurance, specifically bodily injury and uninsured/underinsured motorist coverage. Must be able to draft a demand. Working knowledge of Plaintiff software such as Aderant/Client Profiles is preferred.
