Senior Corporate Paralegal The candidate will provide support for five corporate attorneys; Project and client management; Entity formations, conversions and amendments; Calendaring government agency deadlines; Sellers Permit Applications; Cannabis Tax Permit Applications; File for FEINs and SEINs; Coordinate client signatures on corporate documents; Apply for Fictitious Business Names; Local regulation research; Coordinate Investor Agreements; Securities Exchange Commission Filings; Oversee Registered Agent Program; UCC Filings and Searches; Apostille and/or authenticate entity and personal documents; Create and manage templates; Draft Operating Agreements, Bylaws,Organizational Minutes, Shareholder Agreements, Subscription Agreements; Manage large amounts of documents with attention to detail; Legal research and memo drafting; Delegate to and/or coach junior paralegals and legal assistants, as appropriate. The candidate must have Bachelor's degree. 3+ years experience as a full-time corporate paralegal is necessary. Strong oral and written communication skills (including editing) are desired. Familiarity with the following programs or software: Clio, DocuSign, NetDocuments is beneficial.
