Duties include drafting of documents, coordinating closings, assembly of transcripts of proceedings, research and preparation of letters and forms. Significant attorney and client contact. Must have Four year college degree with 1+ years of experience as a transactional paralegal. Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
