Immigration Paralegal The candidate will deal with matters relating to Removal Proceedings with emphasis on Asylum Applications, Cancellation of Removal, and In Court Adjustments; USCIS filing of I-130 s, I-485 s, I-360 s, I-601A s, Consular Processing, 212h Waivers, U-Visa s, BIA Appeals and Ninth Circuit Appeals, and Employment/ Business based Immigration. Specifically looking for experience in I-360/VAWA, U-Visa, and Waivers. Must have 3-5 years of experience and excellent writing and verbal communication skills and be fluent in Spanish.
