Litigation Paralegal The candidate should have at least two years of civil litigation experience with an emphasis on written discovery, file organization, and summarization, and gathering and summarizing medical records. Must be detail-oriented with strong computer skills, including familiarity with eDiscovery platforms. Must have excellent communication and organizational abilities. Must be a team player. Must be a self-starter. Must be professional and reliable. Must have a Paralegal certificate; beneficial to have experience with e-fling; beneficial to have trial experience; beneficial to have experience with trial presentation software; beneficial to have experience with large document control and organization. Should have an Associate degree. Should have 1 year of litigation. Should have Paralegal Certificate experience.
