Corporate Paralegal The candidate should have 5+ years of experience within a Corporate Legal Department or Law Firm; Experience with Section 16 filings: Form 3, 4 and 5 and Form D filings and preferred stock financing, as well as Blue Sky research; proficient in legal research (Westlaw, Lexis Nexis, etc.). Should have strong interpersonal skills; excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify, evaluate and resolve problems; self-motivated, determined and able to work under own initiative; demonstrated commitment to the Firm s Client Service Model. Paralegal Certificate from an ABA Approved Program is essential. Must have extensive experience with: Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Excel.
