Litigation Legal Secretary The candidate is responsible for calendaring/scheduling, document management, and general administrative support duties such as copying, filing, scanning, handling mail, assembly of exhibits, assembly of trial materials, assembly of notebook/binders, etc. Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent. A Bachelor's degree is preferred. A minimum of 5 years litigation secretary experience is required. Some knowledge of state and federal court filing rules and procedures, including experience with all forms of e-filing is required.
