Commercial Real Estate Attorney The candidate will handle commercial transactions and residential transactions. Prepare and negotiate purchase and sale agreements for residential and commercial properties, loan agreements, ground leases, development agreements and commercial leases together with extensions, renewals, amendments, and termination agreements. Draft petitions to the Attorney General Charities Bureau and Supreme Court. Review title reports and surveys. Draft and review LLC Agreements and ACRIS documents. Manage and maintain client files. Communication with clients and adversaries. Must have 1-3 years of commercial or residential experience. NY State Bar license or pending admission to the NY State Bar is required.
