Part-Time Patent Litigation Attorney The candidate will primarily conduct prior art searches and analysis, prepare claim construction and invalidity charts, and work with technical experts. The candidate should have an electrical engineering, computer engineering, or computer science degree (or an equivalent degree), or equivalent work experience. Must be admitted to active practice and in good standing in California. 3+ of patent litigation experience required. Excellent written, oral, analytical, and interpersonal skills are a must.
