Litigation & Dispute Resolution Paralegal The candidate will involve work alongside partners and other attorneys in an exciting white-collar criminal and complex civil litigation practice that often involves international clients and legal proceedings. Helps conduct factual investigations, prepares legal briefs, organizes and prepares legal files, conduct and conducts research. Prepare and interpret legal documents. Organize and prepare legal files. Conduct legal and factual research. Cite check and edit briefs. Oversee projects and cases. Perform administrative legal responsibilities. Requirements: A college graduate who is contemplating law school to gain substantive experience at a top-ranked international law firm with a high-profile practice. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to multi-task while paying close attention to detail and adhering to deadlines. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to professionally interact with employees at all levels of the organization with a focus on client service. Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills; the ability to multi-task; the ability to work independently and as part of a team; and the flexibility to work paid overtime.
