Immigration Paralegal The candidate's duties include: I-601a waivers, answering phones, immigrant and non-immigrant visa filings with USCIS, permanent residence applications, consular processing, asylum, naturalization, drafting motions, preparing exhibit packages for Immigration Court, affidavit preparation, translation of documents, and filing documents with the respective court system. The candidate should have 2 years experienced. Must be bilingual in Spanish and English. Must have legal working documents (Green Card, Working Permit, Valid Working Visa). Computer Literacy is a preferred. Must be tech savvy and they should have knowledge about emails, Microsoft outlook, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel. Must be able to multitask and to interact well with a diverse clientele. Must have excellent communication and writing skills.
