Serve in heavy contact with clients and insurance companies. Must have 3+ years of experience. Should be Spanish speaking paralegal. Knowledge of preparation of summons and complaint, bill of particulars, motions, discovery demands/responses and trial preparation needed. Should possess good communication skills.
