Probate / Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be drafting of pleadings, heirship research, management of discovery, assist in documentation and logistics of estate administration, finalizing and working with PDF s, assist with trial preparation and efiling. Should have 5+ years experience in either probate or litigation. Excellent drafting and proofing skill is a must. Working knowledge of Subpoena preparation and process is essential. Must be proficient in Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook; Word Perfect is helpful. Must have ability to assemble and produce large document productions.
