Litigation / Employment Attorney The candidate must be a litigator with demonstrated experience in litigating class action and collective action cases and other complex litigation. Experience in litigating wage and hour cases, especially collective actions, is a definite plus. Should have meaningful litigation experience and the ability to handle certain aspects of litigation with minimal supervision, such as: drafting and responding to written discovery; taking and defending depositions; preparing and responding to court filings including matters related to certification of a collective action, expert witnesses, summary judgment motions, pre-trial motions and filings; and participation in the trial of cases. Must have strong academic credentials.
