Draft petitions, applications and specialized support letters detailing eligibility for visa classification and other immigration benefits. Analyzes and identifies legal and procedural issues. Adheres to deadlines and prioritizes cases with minimal oversight. Works closely in a team environment. Assists with training more junior staff. Performs package review, typically 1 week per month, 1 hour per day. May perform PERM review, typically 1 week per month, 1 hour per day. Assists with team or office wide projects (e.g. revision of template documents). Degree from accredited college or university and / or paralegal certification is required. Market current attorney openings as directed by department management. Manage the firm's Instagram account in conjunction with the Marketing Department. Provide overflow support to the Attorney Talent Management Department as needed. Other duties as assigned. The candidate should have 2-3 years of professional experience preferably in legal recruitment or law school career services. Bachelor's degree required. Prior legal recruiting experience with the ability to manage to source and hire law students and lateral associates. Experience with on-campus recruiting, callbacks and summer associate programs is strongly preferred. Proven ability to assist with and execute a variety of logistical and administrative functions and processes. Excellent organizational skills and demonstrated ability to perform a variety of complex and diverse tasks involving independent judgment and critical thinking skills. Possess the ability to handle sensitive issues in a personable, tactful, and organized manner to ensure collaboration and coordination among practice areas, offices and administrative departments.
