Litigation Paralegal The candidate should have BA/BS degree or paralegal certificate. Must have 5+ years of commercial litigation paralegal experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and have the ability to multi-task, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and manage a variety of active cases. Strong document and pleading drafting experience, a strong knowledge of civil procedure, discovery, trial preparation and in-courtroom trial experience in State and Federal courts, and experience in all aspects of e-discovery. Computer experience strongly preferred in MS Word, Excel, Legal MacPac, Summation, Relativity, Concordance, Westlaw, Lexis and OpenText eDocs.
