Corporate Paralegal DUTIES: Working directly with attorneys and clients in connection with corporate transactions; including mergers, acquisitions and initial public offerings, The preparation, editing and filing of various corporate documents, Review and analysis of records, Manage business closings from beginning to end, Assist with formation of entities including preparation of entity organizational documents such as formation certificates, tax forms, operating agreements, board resolutions, and Act as resource for clients, attorneys and paralegals or other third parties in connection with requests for client entity information or documents. Requirements: Paralegal certificate preferred. College degree preferred. 5+ years of experience as a Corporate Paralegal preferred. Experience with Adobe graphics software (Nuance). Current working knowledge of Document Management Systems. Heavy document management experience. Maintain client confidentiality at all times. Consistent and Punctual Attendance. Flexibility and willingness to pitch in wherever needed. Adapts well to fluctuations in workload and changes in responsibilities. Maintains a professional demeanor in high-stress situations. Concise and accurate verbal and written communications. Contributes to an atmosphere of teamwork and congeniality. Follow instructions; completes tasks on time; follows through. Basic PC skills; ability to use phone system, copier, scanner, fax, and printer. Advanced knowledge and experience in Outlook, Word, Excel preferred.
